agreed to. I am so happy to have this conversation as I am also able to easily
get into a state of depression.

week, but now I am able to deal with the stress and I am more anxious than

People also say that I look healthier and that I look
younger than I am. This should be another benefit of tai chi, it helps slow
down the aging process. This is good for someone like me as people have always
thought I was five years older than I was.
