        When considering heart tests, there is a tendency to imagine a person in his 50's needing such a test. However, in some cases it is even more important for young people to have a heart test as adults do.

We have all heard the stories of healthy youth in the collapse of the stadium and, unfortunately, passed away. Adolescents may develop a serious condition known as hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, which can cause sudden heart death.

A sudden heart attack in a girl is caused by a heart attack. Sports activity can bring sudden heart death to teens who are abnormally affected or their heart failure.

Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy

    Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy is a condition in which the heart muscle tightens, causing the heart to expand. This happens as a genetic heart disease. However, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy is diagnosed and can save lives.

Having this genetic predisposition can cause a number of problems:

* The heart may not receive the blood and spiritual flow it needs to function properly

* Arrhythmia, a slow or abnormal heartbeat

* In rare cases, sudden cardiac death

Signs or Symbols

    There are several signs or symptoms you want to be aware of when it comes to hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. Any of these signs should not be missed:

* Chest pain

* Shortness of breath

* Feelings of depression

* Bright head

* Dizziness

* Fast heartbeat

Long QT Syndrome

    Long QT Syndrome is a disorder that affects the rhythm of the heart, and this syndrome is inherited. Excessive and rapid heartbeat can also lead to sudden death.

If there is a family history of sudden death, for any signs or symptoms such as fainting or shortness of breath it is important for your child to get a heart test.

There are many organizations that provide heart screening awareness for both parents and teens. Most importantly, these organizations also provide awareness to schools. Learning and knowing are the first steps in healthy heart issues. Cardiac ultrasound can detect whether a person is at risk or not. Talk to your family doctor and school and ask about a heart test in your area.

Many parents talk to their schools and their family doctor about their child's heart tests, especially before joining a school game. One-time prevention, as they say, is worth a pound of treatment.

The heart is one of the human body. Without which human blood cannot be clean. When human blood can not be pumped. This is meant. That if the blood has to go from one place to another, we need a heart pump. When the heart beats, our blood moves rapidly from one place to another. This keeps the blood clean. And oxygen is added to our blood. Which makes it healthy. How will we know if our heart is healthy or not? For this we should go to our doctor. And he should consult. Doctors prescribe a variety of tests that show us how healthy our heart is. One of which is called Test Heart Screening. By the way, after the age of forty, every human being should do this. It keeps us informed of the performance of our heart.
